Dumbbell Arnold Press
Stand tall with a slight bend in the knees. Keep the chest up, core and glutes tight. The weights should be resting near your shoulders with elbows facing down and forward. Palms face behind.
Slowly externally rotate your arms away from the body so palms are facing forward. Next, extend your arms for a shoulder press. Reverse the movement to the starting position. Repeat.
