Quantum Trainer Seated Back Supported Shoulder Press with Bar Attachment

Setup instructions
1) Place the Bar attachment on the Quantum Trainer
2) Place a bench with the back upright under the bar
3) Set the height around upper chest height.
4) Grab the bar with an overhand grip & hold at upper chest height
Perform instructions
1) Drive through the feet and press your back against the bench back then push the bar up so it ends up above the head (you may have to rock the body forward to achieve this)
2) Slowly lower to around chin height.
3) Repeat for required reps.
