Setup instructions

1) Place the Pronated Grip Handles on the Quantum Trainer Arms.
Set the arms at around knee height.

2) Grab the handles in a overhand grip and place them in a wide position at the sides of the chest.

3) Place the toes on the floor, ensure the body is completely straight with core/neck and legs tight.

Perform instructions

1) Lower the chest slowly to just below hand level so you feel the stretch across the pectorals.

2) Keeping the core tight and the back/neck straight with the hips in line with shoulders and heels, then squeeze the chest to push back to a straight arm position

3) Repeat for required reps.
