1) Set the step up to be lengthwise on the floor.
2) Start on the right side of the step. Place both hands on the platform, hinge forward from the hips and keep your knees soft.
1) Lean into your hands and jump your feet over the bench to the other side - land on the balls of your feet.
2) Follow this pattern and repeat on the other side.
