Setup instructions

1) Adjust the cable position to hip height

2) Place the ankle cuff (2 linked together if necessary) or a large fabric handle around the thigh just above the knee.

3) Clip the attachment to the machine and stand side on to the anchor point

Perform instructions

1) Hold the knee at hip height with a right angle at the knee and externally rotate the knee away from the cable

2) Pause and squeeze the outer glute then return slowly to the starting position.

3) Repeat for the required reps and then change sides.
