Quantum Trainer Half Kneeling Neutral Grip Single Arm Shoulder Press

Setup instructions
1) Attach the neutral grip (palms in) handles to the Quantum Trainer Arms.
2) Place a mat between the arms if required
3) Set the arm height around upper chest height when kneeling.
4) Half kneel between the handles with the working side knee down, grab the handle with a neutral grip & hold at upper chest height
5) Put the other arm out to the side hovering in mid air
Perform instructions
1) Push the weight up so it ends up above the head (you may have to rock the body forward to achive this)
2) Slowly lower to around chin height.
3) Repeat for required reps then change the kneeling leg & repeat on other side.
