Setup instructions

1) Lie chest face down on the floor with arms either side.

Perform instructions

1) Lift your chest and arms up from the ground. Squeeze the shoulder blades together at the top and pause.

2) Now, gently lower yourself to the starting position.

3) Repeat.

Note: keep the neck and head aligned throughout the movement.
