Quantum Trainer Neutral Grip Chest Press from Floor

Setup instructions
1) Place the Neutral Grip Handles on the Quantum Trainer Arms
Place a mat between the arms
2) Start by lying on your back and plant the feet on the floor.
3) Grab the handles and place them at the sides of the chest palms facing in, elbows tight.
Perform instructions
1) Drive through the feet and push the weights up so they end up in the middle above mid chest.
2) Slowly lower to the start position.
3) Repeat for required reps.
