Quantum Trainer Standing Elevated Single Leg Calf Raise

Setup instructions
1) Attach the Neutral Handles to the arms of the Quantum Trainer
Ensure arms are set low enough to allow full range
2) Place a step box under the handles & stand on it.
Hold the handle in the 'working' side hand with a neutral grip and allow to hang by your side.
Use the other hand to stabilise yourself on the top of the QT
Perform instructions
1) Drop your working heel off the back of the step box so the ball of the foot is still engaged.
2) Contract the calf and raise up as high as you can onto the ball of the foot.
3) Squeeze and pause at the top, then lower the heel towards the floor as low as you can.
It;s important to get as MUCH range as possible
4) Repeat for required reps then change working hand and foot.
