Quantum Trainer Landmine Shoulder Racked Side Lunge

Setup instructions
1) Attach the landmine attachment to the Quantum Trainer.
2) Set the arm height around waist height or below.
3) Grab the landmine & rack on the shoulder
4) Ensure core stays tight and neck/back is straight
Perform instructions
1) Take a long stride out to the same side as the racked weight.
2) Bend this knee so the remaining supporting leg extends to a straight position. Sink as low as your range allows
3) Repeat for required reps then change the side of the shoulder rack & repeat on the other side.
