Quantum Trainer Standing Upright Row with Bar Attachment

Setup instructions
1) Attach the bar attachment to the Quantum Trainer.
2) Set the bar around thigh height and stand in front of it.
3) Grab the bar with an overhand grip & allow the hands to hang in front of the legs.
Perform instructions
1) Draw the bar up focusing on lifting the elbows to their end of range, the hands will follow but do not focus on them.
2) Keep the hands as close as possible to the body.
3) Slowly lower to the 'hanging' start position.
4) Repeat for required reps.
