Quantum Trainer Close Grip Bicep Curl with Bar Attachment

Setup instructions
1) Place the Bar attachment on the Quantum Trainer
2) Set the bar just above knee height and stand in front of it
3) Grab the bar with an underhand close grip & allow the arms to hang by your sides
Perform instructions
1) Curl the bar up, pulling knuckles towards the shoulders
2) Keep tension on the biceps then slowly lower to the start position
3) Repeat for required reps.
