Quantum Trainer Standing Shoulder Press with Bar Attachment

Setup instructions

1) Place the Bar attachment on the Quantum Trainer

2) Set the bar around upper chest height and stand in front of it

3) Grab the bar with an overhand grip & hold at upper chest height

Perform instructions

1) Drive through the feet and push the bar up so it ends up above the head (you may have to rock the body forward to achive this)

2) Slowly lower to around chin height.

3) Repeat for required reps.
