Setup instructions

1) Place the Neutral Grip Handles on the Quantum Trainer Arms
Place the bench between the arms

2) Start by lying on your back on a bench and plant the feet on the floor.

3) Grab one handle and place it at the side of the chest palms facing in, elbows tight.

4) Place the other arm out to the side hovering in mid air

Perform instructions

1) Drive through the feet and push the weight up so it ends up in the middle above mid chest.
Brace the core to keep the back secure on the bench

2) Slowly lower to the start position.

3) Repeat for required reps then change sides..
