Setup instructions

1) Start in the squat position. Hinge forward from the hips, bend your knees and push your tailbone back. Grab the sandbag handles with a firm grip.

Perform instructions

1) Drive from your feet, thrust your hips forward and lift the bag above your head.

2) Pause at the top. Now, reverse the movements back to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
