Setup instructions

1) Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, chest up and core tight.

2) Step your left foot forward and on the band. Grab the handles and get ready to start.

Perform instructions

1) Keep the arms straight and lift the band outwards until they're parallel to the floor.

2) Pause for a second at the top. Now, lower back to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
