Resistance Band Front Raise to Pull Apart

Setup instructions
1) Create an anchor point by stepping both feet on the band - have your feet shoulder width apart.
Perform instructions
1) Keep your arms straight and raise them in front of you (about shoulder height).
2) At the top, separate your arms outwards - pause here.
3) Reverse the movement so your arms come back in front.
4) Now lower to the starting position.
5) Repeat.
