Quantum Trainer Sit Up with Alternating Pronated Grip Press

Setup instructions
1) Attach the pronated grip (palms forward) handles to the Quantum Trainer Arms.
2) Place a mat between the arms if required.
3) Set the arm height low to allow you to grab them when lying down.
4) Lay face up between the handles with knees bent and feet flat (with feet closest to the QT).
Grab the handles with an overhand grip so you can press them up above shoulders when you sit up.
Perform instructions
1) Engage the core and sit up while simultaneously pushing one weight up so it ends up above the head.
2) Keeping the core tight slowly lower back down bringing the arm down too.
Repeat the movement but using the other arm to press.
3) Repeat for required reps on each side.
