Setup instructions

1) Place the BOSU dome side down.

2) Step on the BOSU safely with feet shoulder width apart.

3) Hold the Dumbbells with a Neutral (palms in) Grip
Only start once you've gained your balance and feel comfortable.

Perform instructions

1) Slowly extend your arms and push upwards - keep a slight bend in the elbows as you reach the top.

2) Pause then slowly lower to the starting position.

3) Touch your shoulders and repeat for required reps.
