Plate Around the World (w/ Pronation)
- Weighted Plate
1) Stand tall with the chest up, back flat, head neutral and core tight. Keep your feet shoulder width apart.
2) Start with the plates in your hands - face the palms down.
1) Lift the plates outwards and above your head in an arc-like motion. As you reach shoulder height, rotate the palms up.
2) Pause at the top. Now, reverse the movement back to the starting position.
