Setup instructions

1) Place the supinated handle on the Quantum Trainer Arm

2) Set the arm low and stand in front of it

3) Grab the handle with a supinated underhand grip & allow the arm to hang by your side

Perform instructions

1) Curl the arms up, pulling the knuckles towards the shoulder

2) Keep tension on the biceps then slowly lower to the start position

3) Repeat for required reps then change sides.
