Setup instructions

1) Start by lying chest face down on the floor - extend your legs back behind you.

Perform instructions

1) Extend your arms and lift your chest off the floor - pause at the top and feel the stretch in your back.

2) Now, gently return to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
