Setup instructions

1) Stand tall with your chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral.

Perform instructions

1) Bend your knees and hinge forward from the hips slightly. Cross your arms so they're facing opposite directions.

2) Press into your feet and jump up. As you do this, swing your arms outwards. Land on the balls of your feet and return to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
