Mini Band Tricep Extension
- Mini Resistance Band
1) Stand tall with your chest up and core tight.
2) Grab the mini band and place your hands behind you - use your left hand to keep it in place. The right arm will be the extending arm. Turn your wrist up and grab the band behind your head.
1) Extend your right arm up towards the ceiling.
2) Squeeze the triceps at the top and pause for a second.
3) Lower your arm back to the starting position.
