I’m a boxing-based personal trainer, my sessions usually cover all aspects of boxing and include various different methods of training to what a boxer would use. As an active fighter myself, I have a great idea of the things that work, especially weight-loss, fitness and strength. My sessions are for absolutely anybody. Based in South Liverpool.
