I’ve been a personal trainer for just over 3/12 years and worked in the fitness industry for over 7 years. I work mostly outdoor in parks or peoples home abs gardens. And have found this better than working inside of a gym. I got interested in fitness when I was around the age of 16 when I started training to become a professional wrestler. This has not only helped me travel the world but learn lots of different ways of how to stay in shape and get fitter after lengthy injuries.
