Hi, my name is Jamie. I’m a level 2 qualified fitness instructor and level 3 personal trainer. I also have fitness nutrition and weight loss qualifications.
I’m very passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals and love to motivate people to do this.
I would, at some point, like to help people with mental health illnesses. Fitness, and achieving fitness goals, is a great way to relieve stress and get away from life’s day to day problems.
