I’m Helen, I run my own Personal Training Business Shape Your Fitness. I live in a place called Brockworth at the edge of Cheltenham & Gloucester. I’m a Mum to a Beautiful 3 year old boy, so running the business is challenging but such fun! I absolutely love taking the time out to listen very carefully to each clients aspirations, challenges and worries to date. I’m always determined to think outside the ‘box’ to achieve all Goals!
