I take a holistic approach to training and tailor each session to the needs and goals of each client I work alongside. I have a strong background in Track & Field and use the knowledge & experience I gained throughout my years as a 400M sprinter.

I use Kettlebells, Suspension training, Callisthenics & a good old work ethic when training clients. My training can be of an intense nature but we will always find the right level to push & take you out of your comfort zone.
