Hi! I’ve trained & coached individuals for over 20 years, and then fortunately discovered Krav Maga in 2018! I went to a master class & met some of the other instructors & was instantly hooked. Having never trained in any form of martial arts before, and in these crazy days we now live, I believe EVERYONE needs to learn at least just a little self defence. I love learning more about Krav Maga so that I can better myself and all that I teach!
