Cable Lying Hip Internal Rotation
- Cable Machine
- Hip Abductors
1) Start with a low anchor point on the right side of the cable machine - load the appropriate weight with the strap attached to the end.
2) Lie on the floor and place your left foot through the strap. Lift your heel up towards the ceiling. You're aiming for a straight line between the anchor, foot and calf.
1) Keep the knee bent and internally rotate your leg towards the right.
2) Pause at the bottom. Now, slowly reverse the movement to the starting position.
