Standing Hip Leg Abduction with Ankle Cuff on Cable

Setup instructions

1) Place Cable at bottom of stack, stand side onto cable with ankle cuffs, raise non working leg in low step if required

2) Turn toe in towards cable, lead out with heel first.

3) Raise leg directly to side

Perform instructions

1) Lift your leg laterallyaway from the body - you should feel it on the outer side of your glute.

2) Pause for a second and lower to the starting position.

3) Repeat.

Note: Point the toe towards the cable machine slightly to emphasise the movement.
