Setup instructions

1) Start with a mid anchor point on one side of the cable machine - load the appropriate weight.

2) Stand tall with your chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral - hold the handle with a firm grip. You're aiming for the anchor, hand and shoulders to be all aligned.

Perform instructions

1) Extend your arm up towards the ceiling. At the same time, twist your torso in the opposite direction.

2) Pause at the top. Now, reverse the movement to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
