Mini Band Kneeling Bicep Curl
- Mini Resistance Band
1) Fully kneel on the floor - keep the chest up and core tight.
2) Loop the mini band around your right knee. Grab the top of it with your right hand in an underhand grip.
1) Bend your elbow and slowly lift the band towards your shoulder.
2) Squeeze your biceps at the top of the movement.
3) Pause for a second and lower the band back to the starting position.
