Setup instructions

1) Sit tall with your tailbone, feet and hands securely on the ground.

2) Lift your tailbone towards the ceiling.

Perform instructions

1) Walk your hands and feet forward until you reach your destination.

2) Reverse the movement so you're back to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
