Cable Upright Row
- Cable Machine
1) Start with a low anchor point on one side of the cable machine.
2) Load the appropriate weight and attach the bar to the end.
3) Face towards the anchor and start with the bar in front of your hips.
1) Raise your elbows up and out - keep the bar close to your body.
2) Once you hit chest level, pause for a second and slowly lower to the starting position.
