Setup instructions

1) Lie chest face down on the floor with your legs extended behind.

Perform instructions

1) Keep your leg straight and slowly lift your right leg towards the ceiling.

2) Pause at the top. Now, gently return your leg back down to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
