Dumbbell Dish Hold
1) Lie down on the floor with the dumbbell about a foot or 2 away from the crown of your head.
2) Grab the dumbbell with both hands. Your legs and arms should be fully extended in both directions.
1) Engage the core and lift the weight and your legs towards the ceiling (about a foot or 2 up from the ground).
2) Hold until the end of the timer.
