Setup instructions

1) Lay the agility ladder on the floor - start with your left foot in the first square and right outside. Face the ladder side on with your chest up, core tight, back flat and head neutral.

Perform instructions

1) Cross your right foot over your left and land in the next square. Your body should naturally twist but keep upright.

2) Now, lean into your right foot and cross your left foot behind - land in the next square.

3) This time cross your right foot behind and land in the next square. Then left over your right.

4) Follow this pattern and repeat.
