Setup instructions

1) Stand tall with the chest up, core tight, head neutral and back flat.

2) Grab the bag with the palm facing up (underhand grip).

Perform instructions

1) Slowly lift the bag towards your opposite shoulder - this will cause you to lift it across your body.

2) Pause at the top and squeeze the biceps. Now, gently lower to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
