1) Lay your back on the foam roller so it's lengthwise - make sure the head, neck and spine are supported and plant your feet on the floor (your knees should be pointing up).
2) Externally rotate your arms outwards and bend your elbows - palms face towards the ceiling.
1) Internally rotate your arms towards the centre of your body (aim to get both forearms to touch).
2) Pause at the top. Now, slowly reverse the movement to the starting position.
