Quantum Trainer Kneeling Lat Pulldown with Rope

Setup instructions
1) Attach the rope attachment to the Quantum Trainer Arm.
2) Set the arm high to allow full extension of arms and kneel in front of it.
3) Grab the rope with an overhand grip & extend the arms.
Perform instructions
1) Brace the core & draw the centre of the rope attachment towards the hips.
2) Pull the elbows down imagining you are putting the shoulder blades in your back pockets.
3) Pause and squeeze then return slowly to the start position
4) Repeat for required reps.
