Quantum Trainer Kneeling Overhead Tricep Extension with Rope

Setup instructions
1) Attach the Rope to the Quantum Trainer Arm. Set the arm low to allow full range.
2) Place a mat below the arm if required & kneel on it facing away from the QT.
3) Grab the rope behind the head.
Perform instructions
1) Keep the upper arms close to the sides of the head and extend the arms squeezing the triceps as you reach full extension.
2) Slowly lower to the start position.
3) Repeat for required reps.
