Setup instructions

1) Extend your arms in front of you (about shoulder height). Hold the ball with an overhand grip on your left side, keep your knees soft, chest up and core tight.

Perform instructions

1) Drop the ball.

2) Catch it with an overhand grip on the right side. This should cause a slight twist in your trunk and a bend in your knees.

3) Repeat.
