Landmine Lying Fly (One Arm)
1) Use the landmine attachment to anchor a barbell on the floor - load your weight to the other side. Position yourself so the anchor is behind you.
2) Lie on the floor and grab the end of the bar with your right hand (underhand grip).
1) Slowly extend your arm towards the ceiling in an arc-like motion.
2) Pause at the top and squeeze your chest. Now, gently lower your arm back to the starting position.
