Medicine V Sit Hold (One Arm)

Setup instructions

1) Sit on your tailbone and plant the feet on the floor. Grab the medicine ball so its in front of your chest.

2) Lean slightly back and lift both legs up (you should be balancing on your tailbone).

3) Hold the medicine ball on your right side - use your other arm to counter balance yourself.

Perform instructions

1) Keep the v sit position and pass the ball to your other side - pause here.

2) Follow this pattern and repeat.
