Setup instructions

1) Place the slider plates on the floor and put your feet on them.

2) Get in the plank position - start on all fours and extend your legs back behind you. Put your hands directly under your shoulders.

Perform instructions

1) Bend your knees and slide the plates towards your body. Your knees should be at right angles with the shins hovering and parallel to the floor.

2) Pause for a second. Now, slide the plates behind you so you're back in the plank position.

3) Repeat.
