Leg Curl Machine (Lying One Leg)

Setup instructions

1) Load the appropriate weight on the machine.

2) Lie flat and place your calf just above the rear pad. Rest your forearms on the front pad and hold onto the handles.

Perform instructions

1) Leave one leg stationary and curl the other up as far as you can. Squeeze at the top.

2) Pause for a second, then lower your leg back to the starting position.

Note: When you're lowering your leg, try not let the weights touch each other - have a small gap in between.
