Setup instructions

1) Stand tall with your chest up and core tight.

2) Place your hands inside the mini band loop.

3) Pull the band apart so your back is engaged. Extend your arms out directly in front of your chest.

Perform instructions

1) Slowly pull the arms towards your body and squeeze the shoulder blades together.

2) Pause for a second and extend your arms back to the starting position.

3) Repeat.
