Plate Stability Ball Press
- Stability Ball · Weighted Plate
1) Lay your back on the stability ball and plant your feet firmly on the floor.
2) Start by holding the weighted plate above your chest.
1) Drive with the feet and push the weight up towards the ceiling. You should have a slight bend in your elbows at the end point.
2) Pause at the top and squeeze your chest. Now, slowly lower the weight to the starting position.
